Meningococcal Meningitis -The Michigan Department of Education, in cooperation with the Michigan Department of Community Health, is required by law (2005 PA 240, MCL 380.1177a) to develop and make available to schools information on Meningococcal Meningitis. CLICK HERE for pdf of information.

Immunization Policy -In compliance with the State of Michigan, County of Oakland and School Office of the Archdiocese of Detroit, Mercy High School must observe the policy regarding immunization of students. All new students must submit a Health Appraisal form that is signed and dated by a physician after April 15 as well as a complete updated immunization record.
