mandatory for membership and the members and moderators guide
each candidate and provide further assistance when needed. Induction in
this club is only the beginning of the process that ends at graduation.
Officer Groups
All FHS candidates are assigned to a core group (by last name) led by
an officer. If you have any questions about FHS or the project, you are
encouraged to contact your officer:A-G: Haley Bissionnette (Kowalski) H-L: Hayley Drozdowski (Mercer) M-O: Emily Malinowski (Labelle) P-Z: Marilynn Moltane (Mrs. Sill) La Société Honoraire de Français Candidate Requirements 1) Completion of one year of a French Class or its equivalent 2) 3.4 GPA in French and a 3.2 overall cumulative GPA at the time of induction 3) Participation in all required activities and 75% participation in optional activities 4) Mandatory attendance at all FHS meetings 5) Successful completion of all candidate project 6) Enrollment in one French class each semester 7) Payment of dues ($10) Candidate Activities Required: Upcoming Mandatory Meeting Dates:Tuesday, December 9th Monday, February 9th Monday, April 27th Required Activities: (See Calender for dates, s'il vous plaît ) Club Meetings Parisian Community Day Fundraiser ($25 ticket selling minumum) Valentine Bake Sale (Donation of two dozen baked goods) Viewing of One Film at a French Film Festival Cultural Reports Induction Banquet Candidates may choose which of the following activities they participate in: Choose at least two: Choose at least two: Choose at least one: -French Restaurant - Advertising for FHS activites -Parisian selling -Mardi Gras Restaurant -Clean up for Events -Bake sale selling -Additional Film -Set up for events
